RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For online purchases delivered within the US, ANNXANNXDESIGN will accept returns within 7 days of your order's arrival for a refund. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to post to your account. No returns or exchanges are accepted for international orders.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

FLAT RATE DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer a flat rate shipping of $4.75 for standard shipments anywhere in the United States of America. 

HOW LONG DO DOMESTIC SHIPPING METHODS TAKE?

·         Standard Flat Rate Shipping$4.75.  2-8 days.  Delivery confirmation included. 

·         USPS Priority Flat Rate Mail$6.10.  1-3 days.  Delivery confirmation included.

·         USPS Express Flat Rate Mail: $19.99.  1-2 days. Tracking, delivery confirmation, and $100 insurance included by default.

·         Orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and PO Boxes cannot be expedited and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

·         Please Note: Shipping time does not include weekends or holidays.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER / HOW CAN I CHECK ORDER STATUS?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with order and tracking information.

I ORDERED OVERNIGHT SHIPPING- CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER THE NEXT DAY?

For overnight and 3-day shipping please factor in processing time and the time of day your order was placed when calculating your delivery date (i.e. if you order late in the day it may mean 1 more day to process the order). INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping to all other international destinations is $35. Orders are shipped insured via DHL Express. Shipping time is 3-6 business days plus any additional time in customs.

*All international orders are subject to import taxes, customs duties and brokerage fees levied by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for paying these fees. ANNXANNXDESIGN has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. These fees are imposed by the receiving company and are based on the retail value of the invoice. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.

The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages (including return to sender fees). ANNXANNXDESIGN is unable to provide refunds for international orders if a customer declines to pay the duties and the package is treated as abandoned or returned to sender. Any fees that ANNXANNXDESIGN incurs in this or similar scenarios will be billed to the recipient.

No returns or exchanges are accepted for international orders.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDERS?

Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed and shipped the same business day the order is received. Orders placed over the weekend or during a holiday will be shipped the following Monday.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with order and tracking information.

WHAT HAPPENS TO LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES?

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. 

IS THERE A WARRANTY?

We provide a 1 year warranty on pieces that are not customer damaged items. We will gladly fix or replace your item within the warranty period provided you show a valid proof of purchase.
